"Imagine a rich, velvety hot sauce that combines the deep, savory flavor of fermented garlic cloves with the vibrant heat of fermented orange habanero peppers, sweet fermented red bell peppers, and a kick of fermented Fresno chili peppers.

We take that to the next level,  we added a few fresh Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper peppers to add an intense, lingering heat. The sauce is balanced by a touch of vinegar, salt, and a hint of warm turmeric.
